Hayley treated my dad with such kindness and compassion, clearly and carefully explaining everything so he could understand. Although she had more home visits to do conduct, Hayley appeared to have all the time in the world, and made my dad feel very special. He's pretty much confined to home & thought she was wonderful

impossible to do anything better - far exceeded expectations. It's such a relief to feel supported.

Couldn't make it up if I tried. I can't believe how lovely and kind people are. It's wonderful. I don't want to leave. Nursing staff are excellent, so caring.

The team is very professional, caring - nothing is too much trouble. They always have time to stop, listen, chat and help... The food is very good - thank you to the chef & his team

Whenever we called etc people helped and supported immediately and also were fantastic at chasing our (poor, shocking) GP on our behalf. Along with the local district nursing teams my Dad got to have the death he 'wanted' at home with us nearby. To all the people and processes involved to allow that to happen we will be eternally grateful.

More frequent in person home calls would have helped us a bit more but appreciate we didn't request this + is a resource issue - but looking back I think we sometimes felt we were on the waiting list for the next available round in our area.
